ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
All orders are acknowledged by FAX or email.
ART:
Please provide black and white vector art in one or more of the applications listed below.
Please avoid color or grayscale artwork.
You may submit your art on CD or by email in the following applications:

For all computer-generated are, please provide the following:

If electronic artwork is not an option, we also accept black and white camera-ready art.
Please use high quality (600+ DPI), unfolded, outputs as large as possible on an 8.5" x 11" page.
We can also work with you to create the art for your awards for $60.00(E) per hour.
CHANGE OF COLOR:
$20.00 (E) per color if imprint color changes.
CLAIMS/BREAKAGE:
It is the buyer's responsibility to notify Name Dropper if there is breakage or damage to your shipment. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery nor safe delivery of goods when the fault is the carrier. Retain original outer cartons, packing material, broken items and packing list for inspection by carrier, as carrier will automatically deny claim without these materials for inspection.
COPY CHANGES:
$8.00 (E) up to two lines of copy.
DROP SHIPMENTS:
There is a $5.00 (net) charge per package plus actual shipping costs. Addressed labels must be furnished with orders.
FAX ORDERS:
The only faxed art that we will accept are exact reorders, reorders with no changes in logo or orders with straight-line copy. All other orders with any kind of faxed artwork will not be scheduled to ship until appropriate art is received.
MINIMUM ORDER:
No minimum.
MAKE-READY CHARGES:
Screen printing - $40.00 per color (E)
Glass etching - $60.00 per color (E)
Re-orders for same item, same copy, same size incur no additional make-ready charges. If same imprint is desired on different size items, a conversion make-ready charge of $30.00 (E) per item will apply.
PACKAGING:
Orders are packaged in bulk. White gift boxes may be requested for individual boxing. Call for pricing.
PMS COLOR MATCHING:
We will attempt to match PMS colors, however only near tonal values may be expected. $25.00 (net) charge applies.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Two weeks after art approval. Rush services are available.
PROOFS:
First proof is sent by fax or email at no charge. Additional paper proofs are $10.00 (E).
Pre-production proofs are available. Make-ready charge plus cost of item and shipping will be charges.
REPEAT ORDERS:
When re-ordering indicate purchase order number or factory invoice number for our reference. No make-ready charge on exact re-orders.
SAMPLES:
We are happy to ship random samples at your request on a memo billing. Your account will be credited the sample charge if the sample is returned within 30 days in good condition. Shipping charges will be billed for all sample shipments. Samples are billed at end quantity net costs.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. All shipments are FOB Greenwood Village, Colorado.
